Although we operate nationally, our counselling services are centralised in Gauteng. Communications with consumers and credit providers are thus primarily by telephone and electronically. We however view communication as the cornerstone of our service.
All our Debt Counsellors are registered with the National Credit Regulator (NCR) as required by the National Credit Act.
